Im starting my own beauty product line. Where can I find someone that can make perfume scents.?

Honestly The best way I have found is to make them yourself! Since your a small business it cuts cost. Not to mention it’s really fun. Just find a basic recipe and of coarse all your safety instructions and have fun with it!
